SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Job requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/ a Diploma in Marketing or Business Studies or equivalent.
  • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience, preferably in the property development industry.
  • Have excellent time management, planning, organizational and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, high initiative and result-oriented.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Main Job Function :
  • Handle all aspects of sales and marketing.
  • Attend to sales enquiries including calls/emails/WhatsApp/FB and walk-in customers.
  • Source for new potential customers and follow up with existing prospects.
  • To build and maintain good relationship with customers for repeat sales and referral.
  • To conduct sales & follow up on loan application, sales documentation and payment matters.
  • Plan and execute events at promotions or launching.
  • To execute, prepare and coordinate of advertisement, production, promotional materials with supplier and vendor.
  • Conduct, monitor and coordinate market research for competitors analysis and property market trend.
  • Participate and coordinate exhibition to ensure smooth operations of fair, events, functions and road show outstation.

DISPATCH CLERK CUM DRIVER
Job requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Familiar with Klang Valley and KL area.
  • Able to work independently & demonstrate self-disciplinary in execution of tasks.
  • Possess own motorcycle and valid B2 and D driving license.
  • Possess good working attitude & time management skill.
  • Able to work irregular hours if required.
  • Knowledge of office maintenance.
Main Job Function :
  • Responsible to handle all outgoing & collection of documents or parcel at designated area in a timely manner.
  • Responsible to carry out duties as instructed by immediate superior.
  • To assist on clerical duties and ad-hoc task as assigned from time to time.
  • Carry out office maintenance and other office related tasks.
  • Perform the duties of a driver as and when required.

CONSTRUCTION

CONTRACT MANAGER
Job requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Building, Quantity Survey and Contraction Management/Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in Pre and Post contracts administration, planning, cost control and contractual matters with at least 5 years in similar capacity.
  • Analytical, excellent leadership quality, interpersonal and communications skill are essential.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standard in the construction industry will be an added advantage.
  • Computer literate and familiar with MS Office 2000.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
Main Job Function :
  • Overall responsible for pre and post contract management including preparation of final accounts for all infrastructures, buildings and defects rectification works. Verification of claim and recommendations for payments to contractors and nominated sub-contractors / suppliers in compliance with ISO 9001 requirement / procedures.
  • To schedule, plan and monitor the tendering processes including checking tender, documents, compiling, selection and finalizing of specifications to match up with the quality of the products, conducting tender interview / clarifications, evaluation of costs including alternative products and methods of construction to achieve the most competitive price without compromising on quality.
  • To prepare overall project budget and ensure that construction cost and variation order are controlled within budget.
  • To conduct periodic site inspection to monitor work progress and to check on construction work are carried out in accordance with the contracts and specifications.
  • To verify and prepare all progress claim up to the final claim certification, inclusive of the preparation of final accounts for all contracts.
  • To monitor and appraise contractors ‘performance in terms of workmanship, compliance with drawing, specifications and adherence to schedule and instructions.
  • To execute any other job responsibilities, inclusive of the preparation of feasibility studies and cost plans as and when required by the superior or any other persons designated by the Company.
CLERK OF WORK (ARCHITECTURAL)
Job requirements:
  • At least certificate or Diploma in Architectural/Building Sciences or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in high rise residential building construction.
  • Exposures in QLASSIC/CONQUAS assessment and implementation will be added advantage.
  • Self-motivated & result oriented with good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently & also good team work.
  • Possess own transport.
Main Job Function :
  • To review & comment on construction drawing, coordination drawing.
  • Coordinate between client, consultant and contractor.
  • Monitoring site progress.
  • Handling daily site inspection, verify work done.
  • To record all activities on site.
  • Preparing progress billing.
  • To monitor and coordinate between contractor, management office and end user for defect rectification work.
M&E COORDINATOR
Job requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma or Degree on M&E Engineering/Architectural/Quantity Surveying/Building Science or equivalent.
  • At least 8 year(s) of working experience in high rise building construction.
  • Well verse in construction works, able to lead and manage and supervise sub contractor, supplier.
  • Computer literate , able to use Microsoft office and AutoCAD is a must.
  • Well verse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Main Job Function :
  • Manage NSC sub contractor.
  • Manage and monitor project progress.
  • Manage all quality matters.
CONTRACT EXECUTIVE
Job requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Building, Quantity Survey and Construction Management/Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in construction firm or consultants firm, preferably with site experience.
  • Knowledge in contractual matters and contract administration.
  • Computer knowledge, Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Ability to work under tight schedule and with good team working spirit.
  • Two Full-Time position(s) available.
Main Job Function :
  • Processing of subcontractor's claim and preparation of progress claims.
  • Site valuation & site measurement.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, site personnel and head office.
  • Site wastage and materials control.
  • Taking-off quantities.
  • Preparation of variation orders works and claims.
  • To monitor and coordinate between contractor, management office and end user for defect rectification work.

SAFETY & HEALTH OFFICER
Job requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least an OSHA or NIOSH Certificate with valid Green Book registered with JKKP.
  • At least 8 years of working experience in high rise building construction safety supervision and implementation.
  • Competent and well-versed with health and safety legislation, NIOSH and OSHA regulations.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Main Job Function :
  • Responsible for health, safety and environment matters of site and to control site cleanliness.
  • To conduct tool box and monthly safety and health meetings.
  • To promote and enforce effective environmental, safety and health practices throughout project site.
  • To coordinate and conduct regular inspection and carry out investigation on site accidents.
  • To liaise with JKKP or relevant authorities/clients on environmental, safety and health issues.
  • To perform all matters on safety and health requirements as instructed by management.
RESIDENCE ARCHITECT
Job requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Building Science or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese.
  • At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in high rise residential development projects.
