CORPORATE

HR MANAGER

Job requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Proactive approach in resolving problems and conflict resolution.
  • High compliance to statutory requirements.
  • Maturity to handle confidential information.
  • Familiar with Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act & etc.

Main Job Function :

  • Manage the full spectrum of Group HR functions - Property, Construction & Manufacturing.
  • Formulate, implement, monitor and review of HR policies, procedures and strategies.
  • Responsible for manpower planning, timely recruitment, selection and replacement.
  • Identify, plan and manage training and development activities as well as to ensure the planned training are implemented accordingly to the agreed scope, budget & timeline.
  • To handle & advise management on disciplinary issues, staff counselling and grievances, termination and other employee relation matters in compliance and labor laws.
  • Provide HR guidance and advice to the Management on government initiatives & best practice.
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of the payroll result and handle all HR Management report.
  • Responsible for full spectrum of Administration functions.
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job description for all position.
  • To perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.

FINANCE MANAGER

Job requirements:

  • Applicant must possess a relevant degree/ professional qualification in accounting or finance.
  • Work experience in audit firms and in public listed companies
  • Preference to those in the property development & construction industry.
  • Self-starter and is able to work independently.
  • Great people management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Main Job Function :

  • Direct reporting to the Chief Financial Officer of the Group and to assist the Chief Financial Officer to implement and oversee initiatives in the areas of financial and management reporting, mergers & acquisitions, funding, tax planning, internal controls, compliances and risk management.
  • Work may require skills and experiences in the areas of financial and management accounting, financial planning & budgetary controls, treasury management and tax planning.
  • Assist in feasibilities studies and due diligence on potential investment in development projects and acquisition of new land bank.
  • Oversee the preparation of group cash flow and profit projections.
  • Develop and maintain good professional relationships with auditors, tax agent, bankers, lawyers and related business associates.

QA/QC MANAGER

Job requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Civil/Construction or equivalent.
  • At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
  • Experience in ISO and Construction environment.
  • Well understanding and experience in QLASSIC and CONQUAS system.
  • Have experience of preparing quality plan and related control documents.
  • Setting up of quality control system and to ensure compliance / adherence of specification, quality assurance consistency, control of quality processes.
  • Highly motivated, initiative and ability to work long hours, including weekends and minimum supervision, if necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Main Job Function :

  • To continuously improve and upgrade the quality implementation and control.
  • To ensure documentation of quality system is strictly implemented / adhered.
  • To ensure that all NCRs and complaints are closed satisfactorily.
  • To take over any other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

CONTRACT EXECUTIVE / QUANTITY SURVEVOR

Job requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Building, Quantity Survey and Contraction Management/Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in construction firm or consultants firm.
  • Computer knowledge, Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Ability to work under tight schedule and with good team working spirit.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Main Job Function :

  • Assist Superior in the tendering process, taking off, calling quotation, prepare costing, cost comparison, compiling tender document for submission.
  • Assist in cost estimation.
  • Assist in preparation of B.Q, letter award for contractor/sub-contractors, value engineering, sourcing of material, etc.
  • Assist in preparation of progress claim and variation order submission.
  • Preparation of sub-contractors' payment certificates and final account.
  • Assist Superior to follow-up the monthly payment certificate and as well as release of retention sum upon completion of job.

CONSTRUCTION

PROJECT MANAGER

Job requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Civil & Structural), Quantity Survey, Architecture, Engineering (Mechanical & Electrical) or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): AutoCAD.
  • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in Building Construction works ( structural, Architectural, M&E and infra works).
  • Able to do site progress report and computer oriented
  • Well verse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • 2 positions available – (1 position based on local & 1 position based on Yangon, Myanmar)

Main Job Function :

  • Able to set out all grid line for building construction.
  • Monitor and observe main contractor work progress.
  • Monitor main contractor's quality.
  • Report to General Manager/Project Director on all site matters.
  • Able to liaise with consultant on all technical matters.

C&S SUPERVISOR

Job requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/ a Diploma on C&S Engineering /Architectural/ Quantity Surveying/ Building Science or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in high rise building constructions.
  • Well verse in construction works, able to lead and manage and supervise sub-contractor, supplier.
  • Computer literature , able to use Microsoft office
  • Well verse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Prefer - Male.

Main Job Function :

  • Manage sub-contractor.
  • Manage and monitor project progress.
  • Manage all quality matters.
  • Maintain ISO procedure.

QA/QC ENGINEER

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Civil/Construction or equivalent.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • At least certificate or Diploma in Architectural/Building Sciences or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in high rise residential building construction.
  • Exposures in QLASSIC/CONQUAS assessment and implementation will be added advantage.
  • Self-motivated & result oriented with good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently & also good team work.
  • Possess own transport.

Main Job Function :

  • To review & comment on construction drawing, coordination drawing.
  • Coordinate between client, consultant and contractor.
  • Monitoring site progress.
