CORPORATE AFFAIRS EXECUTIVE
Job requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication.
  • Preferably 1 year of working experience in the related field. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills and strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of English language. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Chinese language would be an added advantage.
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, results-oriented, meticulous, detailed, a team player and able to meet tight deadlines
Main Job Function :
  • Assist in overall corporate communications, public relations, advertising and media relations.
  • Liaise and work closely with agencies, media, event companies and other departments or necessary parties to ensure successful running of projects and events.
  • Foster good working contacts with journalists and arrange for media activities. Coordinate briefing documents and plan and execute media activities, such as press conference, interview, etc.
  • Build and maintain close rapport with internal and external stakeholders to benefit the company and improve deliverables
  • Provide support to corporate affairs director/manager in external communications including drafting of media relations collaterals and handling media relations.

CONSTRUCTION

M&E COORDINATOR
Job requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma or Degree on M&E Engineering/Architectural/Quantity Surveying/Building Science or equivalent.
  • At least 8 year(s) of working experience in high rise building construction.
  • Well verse in construction works, able to lead and manage and supervise sub contractor, supplier.
  • Computer literate , able to use Microsoft office and AutoCAD is a must.
  • Well verse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Main Job Function :
  • Manage NSC sub contractor.
  • Manage and monitor project progress.
  • Manage all quality matters.
CONTRACT EXECUTIVE
Job requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Building, Quantity Survey and Construction Management/Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in construction firm or consultants firm, preferably with site experience.
  • Knowledge in contractual matters and contract administration.
  • Computer knowledge, Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Ability to work under tight schedule and with good team working spirit.
  • Two Full-Time position(s) available.
Main Job Function :
  • Processing of subcontractor's claim and preparation of progress claims.
  • Site valuation & site measurement.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, site personnel and head office.
  • Site wastage and materials control.
  • Taking-off quantities.
  • Preparation of variation orders works and claims.
  • To monitor and coordinate between contractor, management office and end user for defect rectification work.
  • Records and documentation works.
  • Procurement of sub-contractors services and material
RESIDENCE ARCHITECT
Job requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Building Science or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese.
  • At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in high rise residential development projects.
  • Exposures in QLASSIC/CONQUAS assessment and implementation will be added advantage.
  • Computer literate, able to use MS Office, Excel and AutoCAD is a must.
  • Self-motivated & result oriented with good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently & also good team work.
  • Possess own transport.
Main Job Function :
  • To review & comment on construction drawing and coordination drawing.
  • Coordinate between Clients, Consultant & Contractor.
  • Monitoring site progress.
  • Handling daily site inspection and verify work done.
  • To record all activities on site.
  • Preparing progress billing.
  • To monitor and coordinate between Contractor, Management Office and End user for defect rectification work.
