Job requirements:
  • ICSA qualification.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience preferably with exposure in public listed companies.
  • Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills and strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of English language. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Chinese language would be an added advantage.
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, results-oriented, meticulous, detailed, a team player and able to meet tight deadlines.
Main Job Function :
  • Assist in convening and servicing annual general meetings (AGM)/meetings (producing agendas, taking minutes; conveying decisions etc).
  • Assist in compliance with the listing rules of Bursa Malaysia in terms of announcements.
  • Assist in comply with company laws in term of disclosure, resolution and best practices for a listed company.
  • Assist in providing support to committees and working parties such as the Board of Directors etc.
  • Assist in implementing procedural/administrative systems.
  • Assist in handling correspondence before and after meetings.
  • Assist in ensuring policies are kept current, are approved, and that company members are aware of their implications, eg legal.
  • Assist in writing reports preparing board paper.
  • Assist in collating information from different department for board paper.
  • Assist in providing legal/financial advice during and outside of meetings.
Job requirements:
  • Possess Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Property Development/Real Estate management/Business Studies or equivalent.
  • At least 5-8 years of relevant working experience in property industry at managerial level.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and possess good leadership to handle sales team.
  • Fluent in both written & spoken English and high proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
  • Must be willing to work 6 days a week.
Main Job Function :
  • To plan and implement sales strategies and carry out local and international intelligent sales and marketing networking.
  • Identifying opportunities to expand international market coverage in order to maximise sales revenue.
  • Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure effective handling of SPA, and other related matters.
  • To carry out and ensure smooth running of all sales activities, launching, promotion, road shows organised by the company.
  • To ensure high standard of customer services/after sales service to prospects and purchasers.
Job requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in will be an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Fluent in both written & spoken English and high proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
  • Must be willing to work 6 days a week
Main Job Function :
  • Listening to customer requirement and presenting appropriately to conclude a sale and comply to SOP.
  • Source for new prospects and follow up with existing prospects to ensure assigned sales target is achieved.
  • To fully participate in all sales activities, launching, promotion and sales event organized by the company.
  • Organize, follow up and monitor the completion of sales transaction up to SPA signed and application/approval of loan pertaining to the sold products.
  • Update daily sales transaction, registration form and any other documentation transaction into the developer system.


Job requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma or Degree on M&E Engineering/Architectural/Quantity Surveying/Building Science or equivalent.
  • At least 8 year(s) of working experience in high rise building construction.
  • Well verse in construction works, able to lead and manage and supervise sub contractor, supplier.
  • Computer literate , able to use Microsoft office and AutoCAD is a must.
  • Well verse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Manage NSC sub contractor.
  • Manage and monitor project progress.
  • Manage all quality matters.
