CONSTRUCTION

CLERK OF WORK (ARCHITECTURAL)
Job requirements:
  • At least certificate or Diploma in Architectural/Building Sciences or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in high rise residential building construction.
  • Exposures in QLASSIC/CONQUAS assessment and implementation will be added advantage.
  • Self-motivated & result oriented with good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently & also good team work.
  • Possess own transport.
Main Job Function :
  • To review & comment on construction drawing, coordination drawing.
  • Coordinate between client, consultant and contractor.
  • Monitoring site progress.
  • Handling daily site inspection, verify work done.
  • To record all activities on site.
  • Preparing progress billing.
  • To monitor and coordinate between contractor, management office and end user for defect rectification work.
M&E COORDINATOR
Job requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma or Degree on M&E Engineering/Architectural/Quantity Surveying/Building Science or equivalent.
  • At least 8 year(s) of working experience in high rise building construction.
  • Well verse in construction works, able to lead and manage and supervise sub contractor, supplier.
  • Computer literate , able to use Microsoft office and AutoCAD is a must.
  • Well verse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Main Job Function :
  • Manage NSC sub contractor.
  • Manage and monitor project progress.
  • Manage all quality matters.
SAFETY & HEALTH OFFICER
Job requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least an OSHA or NIOSH Certificate with valid Green Book registered with JKKP.
  • At least 8 years of working experience in high rise building construction safety supervision and implementation.
  • Competent and well-versed with health and safety legislation, NIOSH and OSHA regulations.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Main Job Function :
  • Responsible for health, safety and environment matters of site and to control site cleanliness.
  • To conduct tool box and monthly safety and health meetings.
  • To promote and enforce effective environmental, safety and health practices throughout project site.
  • To coordinate and conduct regular inspection and carry out investigation on site accidents.
  • To liaise with JKKP or relevant authorities/clients on environmental, safety and health issues.
  • To perform all matters on safety and health requirements as instructed by management.
RESIDENCE ARCHITECT
Job requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Building Science or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese.
  • At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in high rise residential development projects.
  • Exposures in QLASSIC/CONQUAS assessment and implementation will be added advantage.
  • Computer literate, able to use MS Office, Excel and AutoCAD is a must.
  • Self-motivated & result oriented with good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently & also good team work.
  • Possess own transport.
